Most Vape Train items come with a 90- day warranty. If you experience an issue with your product while it’s under warranty, please Contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Upon receiving the RMA number, you will be required to ship back ONLY the defective item/s within 15 days of receiving the RMA to facilitate an exchange.
Return shipping is not pre-paid and can be returned by Australian Post Only. Once the item is inspected and deemed to be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be refunded to your account and a replacement product will be shipped back to you.
Warranty Does Not Include E-liquids, flavour concentrates as they are consumable items. Warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear including dust, humidity or heat.
