Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders placed Monday – Friday will usually ship out within 24-48 hrs depending on stock availability.  Should an item become unavailable out of stock, the order may be delayed until the item is in stock or a store credit will automatically issued to your account.

Any orders placed on Saturday or on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday or Tuesday depending on the workload and orders placed over the weekend.

Standard & Express Postage: The express postage option is intended for the delivery of a parcel sent to a 3rd party that offers express delivery only and must not be confused with express service of processing orders, however orders are processed on a first in basis and are queued for processing based on their size and complexity. Regardless of delivery type selected your order will be process in a first served basis. Vape train will not be held liable for any loss caused by insufficient delivery delays.

Vape Train does not ship packages during any of the major Australian holidays. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected.

Volume Orders: For large orders totalling 1000ml or more, please expect an extended turn around time of 3 standard business days dependent on the size of your order. If you are regularly buying by the litre please contact our team for a wholesale account.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have on file under my account. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider. if you are still facing issues please contact us for help.

Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address free from accidental misspellings. You can review the spelling of your email address in the My Account section of our website.

Shipping is done via Australia Post for domestic orders and TNT for international over 12kg, all orders under 12kg will be sent by the carrier nominated by our dispatch team.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all orders placed in our store, it may take up to 24-48 for our system to update tracking numbers which will arrive to your inbox via the email address provided at checkout or by registration to our store.

Please note that although tracking numbers are provided for every shipment, not all shipments continue to track once they leave the Australia. This is based strictly on the tracking capabilities of your local post carrier. Also note that ATL or authority to leave is not an option for deliveries as our insurance does not cover lost parcels

Import Taxes:  International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or duty fees according to your location. These taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please make sure you are fully aware of your country’s laws regarding e-liquid/e-cigarette importation before making a purchase. Although we do ship to almost every country in the world, VapeTrain will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement officials. VapeTrain is unaware of the current laws and regulations outside of Australia.  The buyer will assume all risk associated with their international purchase.
